A varied apprenticeship

Andreas Senn earned his first Gault Millau recognition in 2003. His path took him from the five-star Hotel Schalber in Serfaus to the Hotel Ronacher in Bad Kleinkirchheim, the cruise ships MS Monterey and MS Melody, the Chasa Montana in Samnaun and a role as sous chef at Hangar-7 in Salzburg.

SENNS.Restaurant

From 2013 Senn won three consecutive Gault Millau toques at Restaurant Heimatliebe in Kitzbuhel, before opening SENNS.Restaurant in Salzburg in 2015. He earned his first Michelin star that year and a second in 2016.
