Hubert Wallner was born in 1976 into a Lower Austrian hotelier family whose four-star house had its own butchery. He gathered his first experiences from his mother, a passionate cook, and during his apprenticeship learned from famous chefs including Hans Haas, Hermann Huber and Martin Sieberer.
